With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John G. Negus of Albion, Michigan, who passed away on July 13, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Negus and Cecelia Negus (Becker); his wife Lori J. Potter; his grandson Jonathon; and his brother James Negus.
He is survived by: his caregiver Lori; his children, Daniel Negus (Michelle), Julie Negus-Grimes, Amy Smith (Aren) and Jessi Negus-Weaver; his grandchildren, Trevor (Caitie), Jeremy, Isaac, Matthew, Beth, Destiny, Sara, Nevaeh and Noah; his great grandchildren, Alice and Charles; his siblings, Mike Negus, Phil Negus, Paul Negus (Robin) and Marilyn Lewis; his friend Stewart Winter; and also, Wayne Weaver, Tommy and Joanne Hubbard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
