He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenon Ortiz and Hermelinda Ortiz (Martinez); his sister Noralinda; and his son Michael Antonyo. He is survived by: his children, Donielle Reed (Bradley) and Wayne Wolkiewicz; his grandchildren, Christine Lynne Reed, Desteny Marie, Tabatha Jean, Chantel Tonche, Joseph Smith (Kelly), Bryce, Sierra Venneman, Matt and Mark Wolkiewicz; his great grandchildren, Bradley Tonche, Kylah, Darius Smith and Kainyn Caudill; and his siblings, Samson Ortiz (Dana), Reyes Ortiz (Cheryl) and Marcos Ortiz (Martha). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
