He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vaughn Sr. and Burnett Vaughn (Jones); and his siblings, Bessie Vaughn, Sarah Wesley and Johnnie Vaughn.
He is survived by: his daughter Martha Ruff of Miamisburg, OH; his granddaughter Brianna Konkle of Springport, MI; his great grandchild Kaden Eagen of Springport, MI; his siblings, Gloria Jean Vaughn of Dallas, TX, Maryann Henderson of Leland, MS and Herman Vaughn of San Antonio, TX; his niece Artis Jones of Albion, MI; and also Jill Stout of Marshall, MI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
