He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Hale and Myrtle Hale (Hollenbeck). He is survived by: his children, Angela Hill (Jeffery), Trisha Earls (Andy Minix), Thomas Hale and Jesse Hale; his grandchildren, Joe, Brandon, Brittany, Matt, Cody, Katie, Nic, Tiffany, Autum, Dylan, Alyssa, Kaden, Josh, Conner, Brooklynn, Hunter, Jase and Kane; his brother Phillip Hale; his former wife Shelly Neal; and also, Kayla Slone, Rhonda Sizemore and Justin. He is also survived by His Aunt Dorothy was a mother figure after his parents.
