He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Mills and Ethel Mills (Mack); and his brothers, Glenn Mills, Paul E. Mills, Jack L. Mills and Melvin Mills.
He is survived by: his sons, Harold L. "Harry" Mills (Linda) of Jackson and Douglas E. Mills (Brenda) of Marshall; and his grandchildren, Carol Ann Mills (Traci Ritter) of Lansing, Sarah, Jennifer, Rebecca, Emily, Sherra, Erin and Jared.
The family suggest memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church of Albion or the Albion American Legion Post #55.
