We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2023, at the age of 69, Gayla Dawn Fultz-Cousins of Albion, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Fultz and Ethel Fultz (Saylor); her brother Gary Fultz; and her husband Mark Cousins. She is survived by : her daughter Valerie Hackworth (David) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Kelsea Bernklau (Jesse), Kyler Hackworth and Kaleb Hackworth; her great grandchildren, Mila Bernklau and Ada Bernklau; her siblings, Vivian Lewis of Homer, Jan Russell of Battle Creek and Greg Fultz of Somerset, KY; and also Douglas Arnett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, her first husband.
