She was predeceased by: her parents, Onvie Lee Weatherall and Mildred Marie Moore (Williams); her husband Lewis Lowe, Jr.; and her sister Barbara Jean Vines. She is survived by: her daughter Janet Lowe of Albion, Michigan; her siblings, Shirley Thurmond (Prentiss) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Johnnie Moore (Barbara) of Jackson and Ernest Moore (Donna) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her aunt Mary Duncan (George) of Albion, Michigan.. She is also survived by godchildren, and special friends.
