He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Howell and Irene Howell (Dye); his wife Marlene Drinkwater; and his siblings, David Howell, Anthony Howell, Green Howell, Merlin Howell, Alice Adams, Linda Sue Salisbury, Mary Bell Shihadeh, Sally Smith and Molly Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Howell (Ritha) and Marilyn Osbourn; and his grandchildren, Jason Howell (Sunshine), Lindsay Hetherington, Amy Hatcher (Sergio), Kalinda Vogel, Nate Miller (Sierra), Hannah Howell, Max Howell (Han), Jared Howell, Richard, Clifford Howell, Lona Parson and Susie Howell. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and siblings.
