He was predeceased by: his son Michael Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Terry (Karen); his daughter-in-law Michelle Hazel; his daughter Laurie Hasse (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Ryan Hall, Keri Barbaglia, Molly Skrodenis, Jessica Hazel and Morgan Baylis.
