He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Mae Ella Lee (Lowe); his sons, Jerry Lee and Dexter Lee; and his grandson Spencer Davis.

He is survived by: his spouse Annie Reba (Sims); and his children, Brenda Wingate (Thaddies), Carol Bonner (Larry), Sheila Williams (Thomas), Tamara Lee, Clyde L. Lee, Jr. (Connie) and Randy Lee. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
