With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Howell Jr. of Albion, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert "Jack" Cline and Pearl L. Mann Cline; his former life partner Barb Phelps; his brother-in-law Joseph "Sam" Hall; his nephew Michael Hall; his parents-in-law, John Phelps, Anna Ruth Tackett (Bartley) and Clovis E. Tackett; his wife Rebecca Tackett; his children, Jessica Sutton (John) and John Howell; his grandchildren, Gage Howell (Diamond), Madison Howell, Mystique Sutton, Breanna Turner, Jesse Turner, Jaxon Howell, Kinsey Howell and Brandon Davis (Diana); his great grandchildren, Eli Parker Davis and Caden Isiah Davis; his siblings, Trudy Hall and Robert Cline (Liz); and his mother-in-law Patricia Phelps.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to help with final expenses.
