He is survived by: his former wife Carol Dobbyn; his niece Chrystal; his nephew Ian; his children, Starr Leigh Yinger, Dylan Elliot Yinger and Carrie Ryan Welton; his grandchildren, Evan Quinn Smiley, Cameron Elliot Mosley, Khalil Amon Mosley, Miya Lanise Mosley, Aleah Yinger, Landon Hurd, Ava Hobbins, Carter Yinger, Robert Carl Welton, Natalie Shea Welton and Brennan William Welton; his siblings, Susan K. Yinger, Kenneth E. Yinger (Maggie) and Thomas R. Yinger; and his goddaughter Jennifer Renee Cooley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
