She was predeceased by: her parents, Crawford D. Dishman and Lena Dishman (Potter); her son Kenneth Waychoff; her grandchildren, Paul McDaniel, Kenny Lowe, Josh Waychoff and Heaven Martin; and her sisters, Sandra and Pat Dishman.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Steve" Foote; her children, Lori Lowe (Wayne), Richie Waychoff and Jennifer Walsh (Bill); her grandchildren, Michael McDaniel (Tammie), Trevor Martin (Cassandra), Kyle Martin (Kat), Sadie Smallwood (Chad), Christopher Waychoff, Matthew Watkins, Stacey Ledesma (Pete) and Iris Banks (Justin); and her siblings, Phyllis Ross (Jim), Shirley Flowers (Charles), Lloyd Dishman, Kenneth Dishman (Janice), Barb Watson (Richard) and Judy Heldt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The First Church of the Nazarene.
