She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio Garcia and Emilia Garcia (Solis); her children, Viola McGee and Arturo Lerma; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Lerma; her siblings, Erasmo Garcia, Jose Garcia, Guadelupe Garcia, Domingo Garcia, Ramon Garcia, Lucrecia Ledesma, Manuela Lopez and Juanita Jimenez; and her husband Juan Lerma Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Lucia Lerma, Martha Lerma, Gloria Lerma, Rebecca Lerma, Roberto Lerma, Juan Lerma, Jr. (Jacqueline), Ricardo Lerma, Louis Lerma (Annette), Pablo Lerma (Tracy) and Andres Lerma II; and her sister Emilia Solis (Abelardo). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
