He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Riley; his grandmother Ella Mae Lewis; and his aunt Alfreda Riley. He is survived by: his father Anthony Lewis, Sr. (Loc) of Albion; his daughter Serenity Lewis of Jackson, MI; his grandparents, Margaret Riley of Albion and Calvin Lewis of Albion; his aunts and uncles, Brenda Atchison (Lee) of Parma, MI, Sharon Riley, Angela Lewis of Albion, Lisa Estelle, Jala Lewis of Jackson, MI, Sierra Estelle of Jackson, MI, Charles Lewis (Regina Richardson) of Jackson, MI, Len Lewis (Mary) of Mobile, AL and D'Vontae Lewis Jr.; his niece Taylor Lewis of Jackson, MI; and his aunt Hazel Lias of Albion. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, embraced all cousins.
