It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice June Bovia of Albion, Michigan, born in Manistee, Michigan, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilbur and Cinnett Wilbur (Cady); her former husband Robert Knisley; her husband Alvie Shaw, Sr.; her son Donald Knisley; her grandson Terry Knisley; and her siblings, Harold Wilbur, James Wilbur, Arlene Birchfield and Lloyd Kenyon.
She is survived by: her children, Dianna Browning (Jim) and Alvie Shaw, Jr. (Marci); her siblings, Dale Wilbur (Sylvia) and Edith Bergstresser; and her daughter-in-law Linda Knisley. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family.
