He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marsh and Leona Marsh (Stump); and his niece Tanya Colton. He is survived by: his children, Zara Milligan (Katie) of East Jordan and Zack Milligan of Alba; his siblings, Fred Marsh (Donna) of Canadian Lakes, MI, Jim Marsh (Sarah) of Alba, Bob Marsh (Jeannie) of Alba, Lois Curtis (Bob) of Mancelona and Teena Blasko (Don) of McHenry, MS; and his grandson Ethan Milligan.
