He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Osier and Margaret Osier (Hansen). He is survived by: his wife Sue (Thatcher); his children, Michael Osier (Lisa), Mark Osier, Matthew Osier, Mitchell Osier (Elizabeth) and April Elmer (Samuel); and his grandchildren, Shilena, Ashley, Sarah (Mike), Jake, Lindsay (Mark), Mitch, Autumn (Mitchell), Taylor and Selena (April). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
