It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard Mitchell of Alanson, Michigan, born in Petoskey, Michigan, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sara Mitchell (Chingwa) and Samuel Mitchell; and his siblings, Marie Kagabitang, John, Wally, Donald and Sam Mitchell.
He is survived by : his wife Karen Mitchell; and his sons, Sam Mitchell, Leonard Andrews (Dorie) and Chris Murphy (Megan). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
