He is survived by: his children, Trevor Schaar (Meghan) and Elissa Hukill (Kainen); his siblings, Mike Doss (Patty) and Krissy Wiatrolik (Bo); his grandchildren, Maddie, Karter, Anna and Tucker; his nieces and nephews, William, Andi, Stephen, Mel, Hayden, Austin, Alissa, Jasmine and Tyler; his close friend Adam Albecht; and his children, Karter, Anna and Stephanie Vittiglio.
Donations in Joe's memory can be given to his grandchildren or a cancer foundation.
