He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kujat and Betty Kujat; his siblings, Daniel Kujat and Denise Mahlmeister; his pet Duke; and his close friend Andy Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Kujat; his children, Tasha Blackburn-Krussell (Jesse) of Petoskey and Derek Kujat (Kristin) of Schimmert, Netherlands; his grandchildren, Trevor Krussell, Peter Krussell, Ellie Krussell, Olivia Kujat, Avery Kujat and Evelyn Kujat; and his siblings, Dane Kujat (Jean), Darren Kujat (Ginnie), Duane Kujat (Doty), Daryl Kujat and Danette Swann (Will). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
