Shirley Ann Snyder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2025, at the age of 82, Shirley Ann Snyder of Akron, Michigan, born in Bay City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Roy and Ida Roy (Osler); her son Steven Nordstrom; her grandson Nathan Roy; and her brother Rob Roy.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Snyder; her children, David Nordstrom (Jodi), April Brown (Bill) and Thomas Roy Jr. (Deanna); her grandchildren, Misty Brown, Matthew Brown (Tiffany), Emily Brown (Ryan Stone), David Nordstrom Jr. (Kalie), Adam Nordstrom (Corinne), Mandi Shenberger (Jonah), Nick Nordstrom (Gabby), Steven Roy and Joshua Roy; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Kaiden, Landen, Zoe, Brody, Jax, Lily, Ethan, Kai, Nolan, Iris, Kate, Layla, Violet and Elsie; and her brother Thomas Roy Sr. (Barb). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Bay County (821 N Pine Rd, Essexville, MI 48732). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
