He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willis Frent and Emma Frent (Wagner); his spouse Theo Kleinfeld; his children, Amy Taylor (Rob) of Sebewaing and Robert Frent of Encinitas, California; his grandchildren, Lucas Taylor, Joshua Taylor (Elizabeth), Sarah Mowry (Kyle), James Sheehan-Frent (Katrina) and Cory Sheehan-Frent; and his sisters, Myra and Maiza Klatt. He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to the Akron Fire Department.
