He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Hall and Ruth Hall (Kuck); and his brother Scott Hall. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his siblings, David Hall, Tammie Trisch, Ann Decker, Mary Jackson and Renae Hall; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Cragg, Kara Trisch, Lynnette Crumby, Josh Decker, Michaela Decker, Daniel Decker, Melanie Dodds, Jessica Dehring, Audrea Wiehl and Scott Hall, Jr..
