He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson and Bernice Wilson (Ballard); his wife Rosemary Ryan; his son Timothy Wilson Sr.; and his siblings, Charlie, Hayden "Trigg", Fred, Ruth Janes, Jean Taylor and Mabel Higgins.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Pollard (Al) of Lake Placid, Florida, Chuck (Lisa) of Afton, Rodger (Heidi) of Indian River and Jerry of Fortuna; his daughter-in-law Randa Wilson of Afton; and his brothers, Dick Wilson (Maxine) of Indian River and Roland Wilson of Afton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
