He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Geneva Maddox (McClure) and Loyd Maddox; and his siblings, Doris Binkley, Sandy Dillon and Harvey Maddox.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Maddox; his siblings, Bobby Maddox and Beverly Harper; and his children, Tracy Maddox, Tom Maddox Jr. (Lora), Ronald Maddox (Stephanie), Michelle Wilcox and Brian Schilling (Glennetta). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
