She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion E. Pennington and Elizabeth Pennington (Swatsley); and her husband Max Kennedy. She is survived by: her sons, Matt (Melody) and Mike Kennedy (Vickie); her grandchildren, Kael, Kaela, Jennifer, Allison Kennedy, Sara Whichearn, Gage Garnier, Clara and Lucas Ganun; and her sister Nila Williams. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Robin's memory may be given to Lenawee Humane Society.
