He was predeceased by: his mother Paula Burciaga (Cavasos); his stepfather Ron Smith; his brothers, Michael Burciaga and Denny Burciaga; and his father-in-law Art Horn.
He is survived by: his father Octaviano Burciaga (Alice); his wife Dawn Burciaga; his children, Catalina Burciaga, Raul Ray Burciaga II (Shannon), Justin Keel (Florence), Garrett Keel (Emily), Nysha Burciaga and Seth Burciaga; his mother-in-law Sharon Horn Lacey; his brothers, Steve Burciaga (Ann) and Joey Burciaga (Regina); and his pet Fred. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home (2959 N Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI 49221). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
