He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Salters and Ruby Salters (Messer); his wife Joyce Louise Wellna; and his daughter Julie Ann Salters. He is survived by: his children, Bryon Salters (Ann) of Brooklyn, Kevin Salters (Kathy) of Blissfield, Kimberley Vanderpool (Mark) of Sterling Heights and Cheryl Brown (Craig) of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Tyrel, Steven, Lindsay, Garrett, Stephanie, Ashleigh, Tiffany, Marcus, Cole and Cassandra. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
