He is survived by: his wife Kelly Suzanne Browne; his mother Ann Osburn (Surratt); his daughters, Amber Shadley (Derek) of Garden City, MI and Amanda Prieur (Garrett) of Tecumseh, MI; his siblings, Tammy Carter of Tecumseh, MI and Steve Osburn (Lisa) of Sedalia, MO; and his grandchildren, Avery, Riley Shadley and Eliza Prieur.
