Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margaret Rae Smith of Adrian, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 86, on February 10, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Baker and Jean Baker (Rae); her siblings, Kenny Baker, Bill Baker, Tommy Baker and Becky Adams; her parents-in-law, Curtis and Doris Smith; and her brother-in-law Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Snuffy" Smith; her son Dan II Shaffer (Sherry); her grandsons, Dan Shaffer III and Delbert Shaffer (Pamela); and her siblings-in-law, Rod Smith (Cathy) and Barb Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Purse Funeral Home (2959 N Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI 49221). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
