With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon A. Lewis (Adrian, Michigan), born in Tecumseh, Michigan, who passed away on October 2, 2024 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leon A. Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lewis and Tressie Lewis (Pooley); his wife Alice Mary Osburn; his son Douglas Lewis; and his sister Ruth Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Lewis of Britton, MI, Kathryn Smith (Nathan) of Tecumseh, MI and Beth Lewis of Adrian, MI; his daughter-in-law Paula Lewis of Adrian, MI; and his grandsons, Brad Lewis (Danielle) of Fort Wayne, IN, Adam Smith (Courtney Elliott) of Nashville, TN and Jason Smith (Katie) of Grand Rapids, MI. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
