He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Stephens and Doris D. Stephens (Taylor); and his wife Marlene Leigh Stephens (Harper). He is survived by: his children, Michelle Michael Illenden (Todd) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Chad Stephens of Adrian, Michigan; his grandchildren, Katie Michael, Nicholas Michael and Annika Michael; and his brother Dennis Stephens (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
