He was predeceased by: his parents, George Anthony and Anthonita Marie Zelenka (Porta); and his sister Andrea Zelenka. He is survived by: his children, Haileigh Zelenka of Ypsilanti, MI and Matthew Zelenka of Las Vegas, NV; and his brother Cory Zelenka of Missouri.
