She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Richard Horsley and Alice Laverne Skaggs; her husband Clarence Franklin Butterbaugh; her son Kevin Mathews; her stepdaughter Pennelope MacDonald; her grandson Joshua Tanner; her great grandchild Joseph Dylan Wrenn; and her siblings, Thomas Horsley (Barbara), William Horsley (Bill) and Faye Horsley.
She is survived by: her children, Sunny Chilafoe (Betsy), Sandra Wrenn (Joe), Susan Mathis, Troy Mathews (Sue), Victoria Holbrook and Billy Butterbaugh (Lisa). She is also survived by Twenty three grandchildren, fourty eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
