He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lambka and Anna Lambka (Buelke); his wife Jacqueline Lambka (Horner); his sister Janice Damon; his parents-in-law, Elmer and Lillian Horner; his stepmother-in-law Alice Horner; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Horner and Mildred Horner.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Lambka, Troy Lambka, Nikki Stuttz (Bill) and Shelby Davis; his grandchildren, Justin Lambka, Jacey Lambka, Lyndsay Balyeat (Todd), Karah Roesler (John), Kelby Lambka (Cassandra), Kody Lambka, Will Stuttz, Wayde Stuttz, Wyatt Stuttz and Chase Davis; his nephew Garin Horner (Pilar); his niece Kristi White (Jeff); and his pet Abbey. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
