Dennis, Amy Madaski (Chris), Addie Kuney, Autumn Kuney, Zach, Jacob, Alex, Danny, Isabella, Jon Hernandez, Tiffany, Ashley, Joel Hernandez and Phoenix Hernandez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
