He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Margaret; his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Ed Martin; and his stepsisters, Geraldine Chapman and Lorraine Radant.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Violette); his children, Steve (Adrian), Sherri (Mike), Stemple (Jasper) and Lorrie Daughtry (Wade); his granddaughter Kiera of Hillsboro, OR; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Dottie Violette; his niece Sue Lewis; and his nephews, Dan Violette, Richard, Dave and Mike Cook.
