He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy J. Owens; his daughter Andrea R. Chaney; his son-in-law Marty Emens; his parents, Mary Elizabeth Keith and Virgil Leroy Chaney; and his siblings, Donald Chaney and Connie Cowgill.
He is survived by: his daughter Jodi Emens; his grandsons, Devin Emens (Jill) and Dylan Emens (Megan); his great grandchild Mason Emens; and his brother-in-law Don Cowgill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eagle-Marry Funeral Home - Hudson (415 W Main St, Hudson, MI 49247).
