He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Lisa Reed (Jay) and Chad Frederick (Christie); his siblings, JD Frederick and Christine Chambers; his grandchildren, Brandon (Sarah), Isaiah (Alexandra), Kiersten (Alex) and Kelsee; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Maxwell and Jamison. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
