He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis J. Keefer and Alice L. Keefer (Altman); his wife Janice Audrey Colon; his grandson Daniel; and his sister Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Harmon (Bob), Karen Pfeifer (Ken) and Bartley Keefer (Kay); and his grandchildren, Chris, Shane, Kyra, Katie, Lacey, Eric and Luke. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
