He is survived by: his children, Maggy (Alex), Delbert III (Monish) and Wesley (Whitney); his siblings, Janet Carter Smith (Norman), Ray J Smeaton and Jason Smeaton; and his former wife Pam Feeser. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
