He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Charles and Minnie Bell Curtis (O'Neil); his wife Theresa Rose "Terri" Schreiner; and his siblings, Charles Curtis, Norman Curtis, Elton Curtis, Robert Curtis, William Curtis, Margret Wahl and Mary Lou Hamilton Brautigam.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Paula Curtis and Ethel Curtis; and his niece Carol Cammet (Bill). He is also survived by the daughter he never had; and several nieces and nephews.
