He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Southard and Linnie Southard (Robinson); and his sister Jean Blum. He is survived by: his children, David Southard (Phyllis) and Cathy Snyder (Keith). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
