She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Monroe and Martha May Gay (Pelton); her husband Donald L. Held, Sr.; her children, Barbara Held and Kim Held; her grandson Darren Held; her great grandchild Brian Aungst; and her siblings, Elsie Clary, Robert and Devern Gay.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Held of Mason, Diane Brauker of Lake Somerset and Donald L. Held, Jr. (Cheryl) of Lake Somerset; and her sister Alice Baker. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Homes (122 N Steer St, Addison, MI 49220). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery - Addison Junction (18398 Junction Rd, Addison, MI 49220).
