She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Theakston and Marguerite "June" Theakston. She is survived by: her children, Danielle Gentz, Gerald Gentz, Stephanie Mitchell (Martin) and Jessyka Gentz; her grandchildren, Millie, Ryan, Sophia and Aria; and her siblings, Ricky Theakston (Cindy), Cathy Caton (John), Jack Theakston and Nugget.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics.
