He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Hoover and Donna Jean Hoover (Muth); his wife Mary; his children, Zachary, Luke, Kaytlin, Joel and Jessica; and his siblings, Michael Hoover (Carol), Margaret Crisher (Chet) and Janet Pingel (Dave). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
