He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Lewis and Elta Lewis; and his brother Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lewis; his children, Nick Lewis (Joanna), Matthew Lewis, Bryan Lewis (Suzanne) and Tracey Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Lewis and Philip Cooney (Theresa). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church or to the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard.
