He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kiley (Lisa) and Robert Kiley (Dareth); his girlfriend Sheila Kooistra; his grandchildren, Michael, Luke and Lennan; and his siblings, Biff Kiley (Alice), Sue Bolek and Mary Jo Weller (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Spectrum Health Hospice.
