He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Zadel; his sister Bonnie Smotek; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Dolson and Jim Dolson. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Natalie Regan (Neil), Kim Caldwell (Kensuke), Matthew Zadel, Alyssa Zadel and Lisa Pokrzywa (Dan); his grandchildren, London Perry, Kira Caldwell, Billy, James and Ella Pokrzywa; his siblings-in-law, Tom Dolson (Sue), Jerry Dolson (Silvia), Tim Dolson, Brenda Dolson, Donna Pelech (Mike), Betsy Selzer (Greg), Mary Lou Dolson and Helene Swensen (Todd); and his pet Lilo. He is also survived by many nieces &; nephews.
